Terms and Conditions of Sale

This document governs the terms and conditions of sale for products offered on the website www.verobijoux.it (hereinafter, the "Site"), managed by:

The purchase of products on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Subject of the contract

This contract concerns the sale of jewelry and personalized items (bracelets, necklaces, keychains, laser engravings, customized objects) manufactured and supplied by the Seller to the consumer or professional customer (hereinafter, the "Customer").

2. Prices and availability

Product prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT, where applicable. Any shipping costs and other additional costs are clearly indicated and calculated before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; it remains understood that, in the case of an already confirmed order, the price in force at the time the order was sent by the Customer will be applied.

3. Orders and contract conclusion

The Customer can purchase products on the Site by following the online ordering procedure. Before confirming the order, the Customer is shown a summary containing the cost of the products, shipping costs, and any other amounts due.

The sales contract is considered concluded when the Customer completes the payment and receives order confirmation via email at the address provided during checkout.

4. Payment methods

Payment methods accepted on the Site include, among others:

  • Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards and other available methods)
  • PayPal

Payment data is processed through secure third-party platforms (Shopify Payments, PayPal) and is not stored by the Seller in any way beyond what is strictly necessary for the issuance of tax documents.

5. Personalized products

The Site predominantly offers personalized products, made according to the specifications provided by the Customer (e.g., texts, photos, images, engravings).

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content (texts, images, photos) provided to the Seller for product personalization.

Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

6. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer during the order process. Processing and shipping times are indicated as an estimate on the Site and may vary based on workload, type of personalization, and time of year.

The Seller undertakes to fulfill the order as quickly as possible.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer or a third party designated by them.

7. Right of withdrawal

For non-personalized products, the consumer Customer (i.e., one who acts for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide reasons.

A Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send an explicit communication to the Seller via PEC or email, indicating the order number and the product for which they intend to withdraw.

The Customer is required to return the product intact and unused within 14 days of the communication of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are normally borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller.

For personalized products, as specified above, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code.

8. Returns, replacements, and defective products

In case of a defective, non-compliant, or damaged product upon delivery, the Customer must contact the Seller within 48 hours of receipt, sending a description of the problem and, where possible, supporting photographic material.

Once the defect or non-conformity has been verified, the Seller may offer the Customer, depending on the case:

  • replacement of the product;
  • repair or new creation of the personalized product;
  • partial or total refund of the price paid.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The consumer Customer is granted the legal guarantee of conformity referred to in Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, valid for 24 months from the delivery of the goods.

In case of a lack of conformity, the Customer must notify the Seller within 2 months of discovery.

10. Limitation of liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for:

  • any damages resulting from improper use of the products;
  • delays or disruptions attributable to third parties (couriers, payment service providers, etc.);
  • content (texts, images, photos) provided by the Customer for personalization.

11. Processing of personal data

The processing of the Customer's personal data takes place in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) and as described in the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, or validity of these Terms:

  • if the Customer is a consumer, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides or has their domicile;
  • if the Customer acts as a professional/company, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
